Or perhaps you would feel more comfortable starting your fitness journey at home - both options are great, and Bella will help determine the best approach for you.
One-to-One In-Person Coaching Tailored to You and Your Goals
This is a one-hour session where you work towards achieving your goals and initiating progress. The workouts will be designed based on your consultation call and any preferred exercises. Your progress is then tracked and monitored for periodic check-ins by Bella.
