Who Is Wellness with Bella?
Hi my name is Isabella and I am the ‘Bella’ behind WellnesswithBella. Thanks so much for coming to my page and I hope you stay and have a look around. For my first blog post I wanted to share who I am, how I help people and what got me into exercising myself!
After working in London for 6 years I decided it wasn’t fulfilling me and I didn’t see myself working in the same office job for the rest of my life. Exercise has been a part of myself since I was 16 when I first started training in the gym, it has always been my biggest passion and what I enjoy talking about. So this led me to wanting to become a Personal Trainer and help others start their fitness journey.
My goal is to help women whether that be locally or online understand how to exercise based on their goals and build knowledge that will serve them over their lifetime. Exercise isn’t a fad or a trend, it is a lifestyle change that is there to promote a better life and longevity.

As for my journey, I started off with a bit of a distorted view of training and eating with the focus on wanting to be as thin as possible, it took a while and a lot of education to know that is not the aim and often make exercising feel like a chore! That’s when I found strength training and really enjoyed it wasn’t about burning as many calories as possible! My love for training grew from there where I took more a hybrid approach, focused around building strength and working on my cardiovascular fitness.
